Contact Us About Records

Banks County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm live custody, release anyone, post bond, pull an official booking record, or alter a court file. Questions about a person or record must go to the government office that created it.

Official Banks County Contacts

Use the contact that matches the record. The Banks County Sheriff's Office and jail handle criminal-justice intake. The clerk handles the court case. City hall handles municipal records, not automatically a county booking.

  • For current custody or recent admissions, use the official Citizen Connect search and then the home record path for the field and custody explanation.
  • For a booking record or photo after release, send a precise request to the sheriff's records custodian. Include the name, approximate date, and arresting agency.
  • For a warrant question or tip, use the Sheriff's Most Wanted contact route. The county has no verified public warrant database.
  • For a court filing or disposition, contact the Clerk of Superior and Juvenile Courts, 144 Yonah-Homer Road, Suite 8, Homer, GA 30547, at 706-677-6240, or use the Banks Clerk case-search entry.
  • For Baldwin city records, use the Baldwin Police open-records page. For Lula city-held records, use the City of Lula form. Homer town administration is at Town of Homer.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Georgia Department of Corrections offender search. For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP or ICE locator listed in the county-wide record path.

City-line details matter. Baldwin crosses Banks and Habersham Counties, and Lula crosses Banks and Hall Counties. A city label does not tell the sheriff which jail holds the record.
